Cycling update: The season so far! | Dstny

I often receive questions about how the team is doing, so I thought it would be good to provide an update for those of you interested in the sponsorship of the Lotto Dstny cycling team.

The team is performing exceptionally well and has achieved several impressive results in the past weeks. Most notably, our sprint star Caleb Ewan secured his first win of the year in the Van Merksteijn Fences Classic race last weekend. Despite an unfortunate puncture in the final kilometers, he finished second in the Ronde van Limburg on Monday. Caleb is in good form and has his sights set on a stage victory in the Tour de France in July. You can read more about the latest weekend of racing here: https://www.dstny.com/blog/success-across-the-board-lotto-dstny/

Currently, the team is ranked 10th in the world rankings, which is a remarkable achievement.

As the first part of the season is coming to an end, it’s a good time to reflect on the season so far. Starting with the training camp in Spain back in January, we captured content for social media that you have been seeing throughout the season. The cycling season kicked off in Belgium with the “spring classics,” where Dstny BE and NL organized fantastic events and activities at the Tour of Flanders, Amstel Gold Race, and Fleche Wallone. These events were well-received and successful, and we are likely to plan something similar next year. For those curious, we have posted aftermovies from all these events.

Additionally, we have had over 10 exclusive VIP buses traveling alongside races, offering our guests a unique experience. To give you an idea, this year alone, more than 700 guests will have attended some kind of Dstny cycling-related activity. That’s truly awesome! I also wrote a blog post about my experiences in the VIP bus during the opening weekend in Brussels. Feel free to check it out if you want to read about my adventures in Flanders.: https://www.dstny.com/blog/cycling-might-not-be-for-everyone-but-i-think-its-awesome/

Preparations for the pinnacle of the World Tour, the Tour de France, are already underway. It is one of the biggest sporting events globally, and it will be truly amazing to see the Dstny logo in the peloton. The TdF, or simply the Tour, is broadcasted in over 190 countries worldwide and attracts over 150 million viewers in Europe alone. Cycling is unique in many ways, and one aspect that sets it apart is the continuous movement and the absence of a confined stadium. France becomes the arena, with its beautiful countryside, mountains, and the glorious final stage in Paris at the Champs-Élysées. Needless to say, we are eagerly looking forward to it.

We have already accomplished a lot, and we are working on more exciting projects to further leverage our sponsorship. We want to produce more engaging content, host competitions, and organize more unique events like the upcoming CEO ride in Belgium on the 11th of June. It has been an incredible journey so far, and the best is yet to come!
