But what are Next Gen Sync and Auto Sync? How does this update affect new and existing Call2Teams accounts? And how can Call2Teams partners use this update to build their own digital journey?
Next Gen Sync
Remaining a manual process, Next Gen Sync streamlines the overall syncing and provisioning process. On top of this, Next Gen Sync also improves upon existing feedback and error messaging which enables businesses to self-serve when it comes to troubleshooting.
Auto Sync
Enabling the Auto Sync feature transforms the syncing process for Tenant Admins by removing the need for manual sync changes. This feature allows for a proactive and automated approach to user provisioning in Teams and is automatically triggered when a change is detected.
This leads to a safe, secure and effective solution that relieves one of the main pain points for Admins across the globe. Importantly, Auto Sync provides a platform for Service Providers to build their own API-based zero-touch provisioning journey, but more on this later.
Building a zero touch provisioning (ZTP) solution
