What being on the 2024 Frost Radar™ means to us

Earlier this year it was announced that we were going to be on the 2024 Frost Radar for UCaaS in Europe, being named as a leader amongst titans such as Microsoft, Ringcentral, Zoom, 8x8 and Cisco.

This will make it our fourth time on the Radar and where it’s always an honour to be measured alongside some of the most recognizable names in tech, there are a few reasons as to why this year’s placement is particularly special. But what is the Frost Radar? What has changed for us this year? And what does being on the Radar mean for us both now and in the future?

What is the Frost Radar™?

In the words of industry analysts Frost & Sullivan, the creators of the Frost Radar, its primary focus is on “identifying the growth opportunities of the future and evaluating companies that are best positioned to take advantage of them”.

From Laboratory Information Management Systems to Digital Forensics and everything in between, Frost & Sullivan create reports every year which benchmark companies based on two major indices – growth and innovation.

Using algorithms to track things like market share, revenue and pipeline to analyse growth and scalability, customer alignment and product portfolios to measure innovation, Frost and Sullivan are able to accurately summarize the current shape of the market as well as future potential.

As a part of their reports, they are also able to gauge strategic imperatives and growth opportunities that help Providers shape their short and long-term strategies.

Our innovation on the Frost Radar™

Even though it’s true that a good chunk of the globe still has a heavy reliance on traditional on-premises voice solutions, times are changing and ways of working are changing with them. At the heart of this change lies some pretty innovative solutions that are helping providers, Resellers, Enterprises and SMBs improve the ways in which they facilitate communications.

As time goes on more and more organizations are solidifying their plans to move their communications stack fully to the cloud, and as we work to facilitate this change, a lot of our focus is on continuing to provide cutting edge cloud communications solutions to our partners and customers across the globe.

Looking back at our position on the 2023 Frost Radar, our jump across the innovation index has been driven by:

  • The improved scalability and accessibility of the Dstny ecosystem, allowing it to be utilized in a wide range of markets across the globe.
  • Developing our portfolio to contain features you won’t find anywhere else
  • Ensuring the Dstny ecosystem stays ahead of the curve when it comes to the needs of you and your customers

Our growth on the Frost Radar™

With all that being said, all of the innovation in the world won’t matter if we weren’t growing alongside it. Compared to last year we’ve not only improved our market share and grown our revenue, we’ve improved our strategy to better serve our partners in Europe and the wider world.

As a group, we’ve always dreamed big, and 2024 was massively important when it came to bringing our vision to be in line with our reality. As Robert Arnold, Industry Director at Frost and Sullivan said “Dstny has risen to rank among the top European UCaaS leaders Its multifaceted approach enables a differentiated market presence compared with many providers.”.

Even though we have seen a good amount of growth in 2024, we’re not planning on stopping any time soon. Our promise is that we will continue to push boundaries and evolve as we provide you with an ecosystem of products that changes the way the world thinks about business communications.
